Gregory Doran is a British director known for his Shakespearean work. The Sunday Times called him ‘one of the great Shakespearians of his generation’
Doran is currently Artistic Director of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
His notable productions include Macbeth starring Antony Sher, which was filmed for Channel 4 as well as Hamlet starring David Tennant and Patrick Stewart.
He is the author of The Shakespeare Almanac, published by Hutchinson in 2009.
